These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Cap Player, including our applications, website, activation services, and related features. By installing, accessing, activating, or using Cap Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cap Player is a software media player designed to allow users to play media sources that they own, control, or are legally authorized to access. The application may support formats or playlist technologies such as M3U, Xtream-compatible APIs, or similar media source formats.
Cap Player is not a content provider, IPTV service, streaming service, broadcaster, reseller, or distributor of audiovisual content.
Cap Player does not include any preloaded content. We do not provide channels, playlists, streaming links, VOD libraries, EPG data, movies, series, sports content, or subscriptions.
Users must provide their own legal media sources. Any playlist, URL, credentials, or media source added to the application is provided solely by the user or by a third party chosen by the user.
You are solely responsible for any content, playlist, stream, link, credentials, or media source that you add to Cap Player.
You agree to use Cap Player only with content that:
You must not use Cap Player to access, stream, share, or distribute unauthorized copyrighted content or any illegal material.
Cap Player must be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the application in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, broadcasting rights, copyright laws, or third-party rights.

Cap Player is intended for private and personal use only, unless you have the necessary rights and licenses for any other type of use.
Any public display, commercial use, redistribution, rebroadcasting, or public performance of content through Cap Player is your sole responsibility and may require permission from the relevant rights holders.
Cap Player may allow users to connect to third-party media sources. We do not control, verify, monitor, endorse, or guarantee any third-party content, playlist, stream, server, provider, or service.
Any issue related to missing channels, expired playlists, buffering, unavailable streams, incorrect EPG, broken links, or blocked access must be handled directly with your playlist provider or media source owner.
Cap Player is not affiliated with any third-party IPTV provider, playlist seller, streaming provider, broadcaster, or content distributor unless explicitly stated in writing.
Any third party claiming to sell content, channels, or subscriptions under the name of Cap Player is not authorized by us.
Cap Player may require a one-time activation, subscription, trial, or license depending on the platform or version used.
Activation grants you access to the application features only. It does not include, unlock, or provide any content, playlist, channels, movies, series, or streaming service.
If a trial period is offered, it is provided only to allow users to test the compatibility of the application with their own legal media sources before purchasing or activating the application.
We strongly recommend testing the application before making any payment.
Payments made for Cap Player are payments for software access, activation, or application features only. They are not payments for content, channels, playlists, subscriptions, or third-party services.
By making a payment, you confirm that you understand that Cap Player does not provide any media content.
Unless required by applicable law, payments for activation or software access are non-refundable once the service has been activated or used.

Some versions of Cap Player may use a device identifier, MAC address, or similar technical identifier for activation and licensing purposes.
On certain devices, the displayed MAC address may depend on whether the device is connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Switching connection type may generate or display a different identifier.
Users are responsible for entering the correct device information before activation.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any part of the service at any time for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that Cap Player will be available on all devices, operating systems, app stores, or regions permanently.
Cap Player is designed to work with supported devices and compatible media formats. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with every playlist, server, codec, stream, API, device, or operating system version.
Users should test the application before purchase whenever a trial option is available.
Cap Player may display EPG information if such data is provided by the user's media source or playlist provider. Cap Player does not create, provide, control, or guarantee EPG data.
Missing, incorrect, or incomplete EPG information is usually related to the playlist or provider and not to the application itself.
You agree not to:
Cap Player, including its name, logo, design, software, website, interface, graphics, and related materials, is owned by CAP PLAYER LIMITED or its respective rights holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of Cap Player without prior written permission.
We respect intellectual property rights. Since Cap Player does not host or provide content, copyright complaints related to specific streams, channels, playlists, or media files should be directed to the provider, host, or source of that content.
If you believe that our software, website, branding, or services are being misused in connection with copyright infringement, you may contact us with detailed information.

Cap Player is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all media sources, or suitable for every user need.
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or reliability of any third-party content, playlist, stream, or service used with Cap Player.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAP PLAYER LIMITED, its owners, employees, partners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Cap Player.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of access, loss of data, device issues, third-party service failures, playlist problems, payment disputes with third-party providers, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of the application.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Cap Player or related services if we believe that a user is violating these Terms, abusing the service, attempting fraud, or using the application for unlawful purposes.
We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements, or changes to Cap Player from time to time. Some features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.
Continued use of the application after updates means that you accept the updated version of the software and these Terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website. Your continued use of Cap Player after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to CAP PLAYER LIMITED, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
